After you have placed your order we will dispatch your products as soon as possible.
Due to the bespoke nature of our products it may take up to 3 business days to prepare your order for dispatch. Estimated delivery after dispatch for UK orders is 5 -7 days.
In busy periods such as: bank holidays, Christmas and other high volume periods, please allow a period of 2 weeks between receiving your order and delivery.
International: We deliver world wide. To some countries the lead time might be a little longer.
For collection orders please pick up from our salon at: 16 Needham Road, London, W11 2RP.
IMPORTANT- contact us immediately if you wish to change anything in your order. In some cases we will try to accommodate your request however, once the order reaches a certain stage of fulfilment we won't be able to make any changes or cancel your order.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@mimietmina.com. When your return is accepted, you can send the product back. Once we receive the item your refund will take 5 to 7 days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted for a refund.
PLEASE NOTE:
Due to hygiene standards and regulations, refunds are not permitted on custom handmade wigs. Clearance wigs area also applicable for refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Your refund can take 5 to 7 days to be processed. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
