However, there are ways to minimise this damage and keep your hair extensions looking luscious for longer. 

So here are my top tips…

Always make sure that if you are going to be heat styling your hair that you’re using a high quality heat protectant spray. A good quality spray will both form a protective barrier around the hair strands and will help to keep the hair silky smooth.

I would also recommend using heat sparingly too. Why not try some heatless styles instead? 

But if you are going to use heat, always remember to use a low to medium heat to prevent strands drying out and becoming brittle. It may take a little longer but it will benefit your hair in the long run!
